My love affair with the Pacific Ocean started in 1969. I became licensed in real estate in Prince Rupert, BC and started on my life's journey of understanding that this is a special career of helping people find their own piece of paradise. I arrived in Victoria in 1986, spending more and more time in Port Renfrew and Sooke, moved to Sooke in 1989, and said "wow" and more "wow" as I continued my journey discovering this beautiful south west coast and all its beauty. My love of land and appreciation of nature continue to grow with a sense of wonder at the beauty and peace of mind and soul that this part of Vancouver Island has to offer.
Sooke is a fantastic, family oriented community. We have it all. Close to the beautiful city of Victoria, the airport and ferry terminal, yet a quiet peaceful country lifestyle. Further west is Jordan River, internationally known for surfing, wind sailing and wild storm watching it leads you further west to beaches, parks, wilderness and so many colors of green you lose count.
Port Renfrew only an hour away is the unique experience of a temperate rainforest that more and more lucky people are discovering. Being part of this community too, watching it change and grow since 1989 is an ongoing joy for me. Everything is there, sandy beaches, winding rivers, parks and a one of a kind place where you can stand on the edge of the island and see out into the wild Pacific and across to Washington State. Times are changing, just watch it grow and develop into the "last must have a part of" resort community.

If you want to see and experience real surround sound pounding surf, amazing sea life, wild forest creatures and true wilderness, make this a must place to visit and perhaps make it your home too. I can't say enough about the wonderful fresh, clean ocean air. If I could bottle it and send it to you I would.
I have 37 years experience in real estate and am delighted that my best friend and daughter, Kim is on board as my administrator. She handles all the details and keeps me in line with the paper work and appointments with you. Kim is a delight to work with and inherited my love of land and appreciation of nature.
